Leg`s improving quickly now, thanks for asking. I`ve been riding to and from work the last couple of days and will try the Sunday club off road ride tomorrow. So all being well, I should be back to regular attendance on a Wednesday, although my fitness level has taken a battering.
Like the map etc. Can`t believe FP hasn`t corrected you on something.

actually, none of you noticed, but my third pint was a Diet Coke! still, 2 Guinnesses is probably too much for an elite level athlete Good thing I'm not one, nor do I aspire to be one, so I will be having 2 guinnesses next week as well, followed by a diet coke to re-hydrate
